What We Offer

Annual Salary| $60,000 - $70,000

The Opportunity 

We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact on our Property Management division in North Houston! As a Residential Maintenance Project Manager, you will work manage a portfolio of 30+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in North Houston and surrounding areas. In this role, you will travel to properties to perform inspections, coordinate maintenance repairs and oversee large renovations, hold vendors accountable, and protect the investment of our landlords.


*This is NOT a hands-on maintenance or construction role. This is a project management role where you will oversee renovation projects and residential repairs/maintenance for a portfolio of properties managed by our company. This role will require daily travel across Clarksville and surrounding areas. A company vehicle will be available for use. *


What You'll Do
  • Handle all move-in, move-out, and renewal inspections
  • Manage all property renovations and projects
  • Onboard occupied and vacant properties 
  • Create a recommended repairs list for new properties and vacant properties to be rent-ready
  • Assist Maintenance Coordinator with tenant repair requests 
  • Screen, hire, fire, and manage vendors performing repairs and renovations
  • Communicate with landlords on major renovations or repairs 
  • Negotiate vendor quotes and invoices to achieve competitive pricing 
  • Maintain vendor list and obtain necessary documentation to remain on our vendor list


What Qualifies You
  • 3+ years' residential property management or maintenance experience
  • General knowledge of maintenance and residential home repairs
  • Confident communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
  • Experience with property management software
