Who We’re Looking For:


We’re seeking an office manager to join Digital Mass's team. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, oversee office administration and operational efficiency, and support the human capital and marketing teams. This includes serving as the face of Digital Mass, welcoming and coordinating visitors, guests, interviewees, new hires, and other third parties. You will be responsible for daily operations to ensure a well-organized and efficiently run office. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate group meeting logistics. Maintain a tidy environment and ensure all supplies and equipment are adequately stocked.



What You’ll Do:


Office Management
  • Manage day-to-day office needs, such as ordering/stocking supplies, managing inventory, and running miscellaneous errands.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact to handle incoming calls and screen and transfer them as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support and take on ad-hoc projects as requested by the Executive Leadership Team, HR, and Marketing Team as needed. This includes but is not limited to setting meetings and calendar management for the executive team, as well as booking client and team-building restaurant and event appointments.
  • Maintain all public spaces, including conference rooms, break rooms, and shared areas, to ensure the office is tidy.
  • Manage the relationship with building maintenance and custodial staff, ensuring the delivery of a consistent level of service and promptly addressing any issues.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for office vendors. Oversee facility management and supply procurement.
  • Establish a standardized mail and package delivery process, ensuring timely recipient distribution.
  • Support planning, execution, and management of internal and external company meetings and events, including assisting with booking travel accommodations as required.


Talent Acquisition Support
  • Assist with HR duties as assigned, such as sourcing/recruiting and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate and organize employee gifts, celebrations, and condolences, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
  • Help facilitate new employee onboarding/orientation and collaborate with HR to implement initiatives and promote employee engagement.
  • Assist with other miscellaneous Human Capital/Talent Acquisition projects.


Marketing Support
  • Provide support for industry events (e.g., Midwest Dreamin’).
  • Coordinate and manage on-site and off-site company events.
  • Order and manage inventory of Digital Mass swag.
  • Provide support to marketing with any ad hoc projects and misc. requests.

  • Can manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
  • Has a passion for learning, works well independently, is self-motivated, and is detail-oriented and curious.


$50,000 - $50,000 a year
Salary depends on experience. We can discuss compensation expectations in more detail over initial conversations.
