The ideal candiate is passionate about both understanding the business needs, and working with technology teams to deliver working solutions.RoleIn This Role, You Will Demonstrate:• Ability to work closely with technical program managers, software engineers, internal business partners to define the details behind business requirements and the specifications.• Strong ability to use the Working Backwards process, which is all about understanding and driving the concept to achieve the clarity about what will ultimately be built.• Strong ability to decompose the requirements into user stories, feed engineering a well-groomed backlog user story, prioritizing the backlog, and defining the acceptance criteria.• To look beyond the current project to become experts in their domain and continuously strive to innovate on behalf of internal customers. As new capabilities are required, PM-T will define its place in the platform ecosystem.All About You• Act as a subject matter expert on the team’s systems and the relationships among those systems.• Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy.
