Role Overview:McAfee is seeking an experienced and motivated Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the next evolution of our core protections.This is a remote role based in the United States. We are only considering candidates based in the United States and are not offering relocation at this time.Job Description:About the role:• You will have a deep understanding of our customer segments, their needs, and advocate for them within the organization, driving marketing requirements to meet their needs.• You will analyze industry trends, competition, and market direction, and provide insights on the evolution of our products within the broader market landscape.• You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop a differentiated product offering and experience, communicated effectively at key moments in the customer journey to drive action.• You will engage with business leaders using your comprehensive understanding of how our services deliver customer impact and identify potential opportunities.About you:• 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.• Proven ability to build trust and partner with cross-functional teams to bring new products and programs to market with high quality.• Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen to identify the most beneficial actions for our customers and business.• Expertise in detailed go-to-market planning through the customer lifecycle and executing new launches in collaboration with go-to-market teams, sales, and other stakeholders.• Results-driven, with a focus on setting and achieving goals for product acquisition, adoption, and retention.• Experience in creating compelling messaging and working with creative teams to develop sales and marketing tools such as datasheets, white papers, training materials, infographics, and videos.• Ability to act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a constantly evolving environment.#LI-RemoteAccommodations:McAfee recognizes and supports its obligation to reasonably accommodate applicants and employees with disabilities.
