Lead Counsel - Antitrust

**Overview:** We are seeking a 3rd-8th Year Associate to join our Antitrust and Competition practice group at a prestigious law firm based in Washington, D.C. • *Responsibilities:** • Handle substantial experience in antitrust and competition law, including government and internal investigations, government enforcement actions, and civil antitrust litigation • Conduct discovery, draft pretrial motions, and manage cases• Represent clients in state and federal courts and before enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission• *Qualifications:**• 3rd-8th year of experience as an associate in an antitrust and competition law practice• Outstanding academic credentials• Previous law firm or government experience• Admission or eligibility for admission to the D.C.
