About What You’ll Work On:
Implement ABA strategies to decrease maladaptive behaviors and teach appropriate replacement skills as designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide direct ABA services to clients with Autism and related developmental disorders
Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
Work collaboratively with the MeBe ABA and supervisory team
Collect and record objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goals
Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
Attend and participate in all trainings and evaluations pertinent to his/her scope of practice/job description
Provide break and meal coverage for center RBTs
Provide sub-sessions for center clients
Serve as a cultural ambassador for other BTs
Continue direct cases to get to 5% supervision required for RBTs
Other assignments or duties must be approved by Site Directors
Qualifications:
Consistent availability from 8am - 6pm Monday through Friday (Preferred)
High School Diploma (Required)
Experience working with children
Must be at least 18-years-old with a valid identification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
Must have been employed at MeBe for a minimum of 6 months
Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 30 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (with or without reasonable accommodations)
Ability to pass a background check
Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients
Must have availability starting at 8 am
Pay Information:
Industry benchmarked, competitive pay based on experience and location.
$1 per hour pay increase on billable rate
Admin time will be paid at billable rate
