As a Registered Behavior Technician Floater at MeBe Family, your primary responsibilities include implementing ABA strategies designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to support children with Autism and related developmental disorders. At MeBe Family, pay for the Registered Behavior Technician Floater position is competitive and benchmarked based on industry standards, taking into account your experience and location. There is also a $1 per hour increase on your billable rate and all admin time is compensated at this rate, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.

You'll receive training in Speech Therapy and have the chance to take on additional duties to meet the necessary supervision hours required for RBTs.
