Mechanic

What You'll Do:

• 
  Diagnose incoming bikes and route them to the appropriate department for service
• Adjust bike parts, such as adjusting brake calipers, and rotors
• Maintain bike parts, such as filling tires with air and/or replacing them
• Perform quality checks on bikes
• Use our app to test-ride bikes to ensure they meet our standards and are ready for the road
• Assist with other miscellaneous duties around the warehouse such as battery charging, assisting the team in unloading new bikes

What You'll Need

• A smartphone and experience using mobile technology
• Excellent skills with hand tools and the ability to lift over 40 pounds, repeatedly
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to regularly work on weekends
• Ability to self-manage and also work well in a team environment
• Prior related experience (such as micro-mobility or mechanic experience) may be eligible for senior roles

Nice To Have:

• Experience repairing electric scooters or bikes is a plus!
