We are looking for a friendly and talented Medical Assistant to join our team, no teaching experience is required. Our company is dedicated to offering Day-1 ready skills to students through direct connections with employers.
As a Medical Assistant Instructor, you will use your skills and experience to instruct our students in a variety of courses in medical assisting. You will have the opportunity to use your friendly and approachable demeanor to teach, coach, and support students as they learn. You will work closely with other educators and our dedicated team to ensure our students receive the best possible education.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and engage students in a variety of medical assistant courses using a compassionate and motivational approach
• Prepare and deliver high-quality lectures and lessons that meet the needs of a diverse group of students
• Collaborate with other educators to develop new courses and materials to meet the needs of the industry
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
• Build rapport with students and provide regular feedback and support to help them achieve their goals
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in medical assisting
• Act as a mentor and advisor to students to support their academic and career goals

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working as a medical assistant in a healthcare facility
• Certifications in medical assisting (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
• Prior experience in teaching or mentoring preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and inspire students
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
