About the Role

We're looking for a curious and driven Software Engineer who's passionate about crafting high-quality software and delivering real value to users. You'll play a key role in evolving our Mendix Workflow product, helping us build smarter, more usable workflows that scale with our customers' needs.

• Your code matters — thousands of developers and users rely on what we build. Every commit counts.
• We value clarity over deadlines — we dig deep to find the right answers.
• We explore — while our core stack is TypeScript and C#, we also play with HTML5, CSS3, Scala, Java, and more.
• We innovate — our monthly "crafting days" are dedicated to experimentation, and many of those ideas make it into production.

• Are fluent in TypeScript/React and enjoy functional programming.
• Have a strong interest in usability and user experience.
• Thrive in a collaborative, international agile team.
• Are a polyglot developer who enjoys learning new tools and languages.
• Have experience or interest in business process automation or BPMN (a plus, not a must!)
