At this Summit, you will have the opportunity to:• Get unique insight into Mercer’s lines of business (Career, Health, and Wealth), culture, and career opportunities• See how Mercer is using innovative technologies and groundbreaking ideas to transform the nature of work• Network with other Summit attendees and current Mercer consultants from a wide array of practices and backgrounds• Gain case interview skills and experience through participating in an engaging case competition and receiving tailored feedback from senior Mercer consultants• Receive guidance on how to improve your resumes and cover lettersDATE AND LOCATION:• Date: September 26, 2024• Time: 9:00am - 3:30pm PT (lunch and light snacks to be provided)• Location: Mercer’s Seattle Office (1301 5th Ave., Seattle, WA 98101).• Participants must be local to the Seattle office as we are unable to cover transportations costs for this event.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Undergraduate Juniors or Seniors who attend college/university in the United States (Expected Graduation Date in 2025 or 2026)• All majors are encouraged to apply• Preferably identify with an underrepresented group. Examples include, but not limited to:• Racial or ethnic minority group• Lower income household (<72k)• First generation college student• Person with disabilities• Veteran• LGBTQ+• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.• Please note, to be formally considered for some internship or college entry level roles at Mercer, you may be required to have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0; however, applications will be reviewed in their entirety.WHAT’S NEXT?Students interested in attending the Diversity & Inclusion Summit must apply via the Mercer careers website to be considered. The application deadline is Sunday, September 15th at 11:59 PM PT.We will review application submissions on an on-going basis. If you meet minimum qualifications, you will be contacted to complete a secondary application through the online HireVue platform.
