The Opportunity:

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist the Sephora Supply Chain teams (planning, distribution, and distribution centers) in the purchase order tracking. Communicate with brands to ensure on-time shipping and receipts and partner with brands and internal teams to resolve inbound shipment issues to the distribution centers.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain purchase order tracking tools and processes and share them with cross-functional teams
  • Track all newness inventory inbound to distribution centers and report late orders to cross-functional teams; partner with internal teams and brands to resolve
  • Communicate urgent orders to distribution centers for prioritization
  • Create manual purchase orders as needed
  • Adjust purchase orders as needed and manage short-ship orders
  • Resolve issues surrounding inbound shipments and vendor errors (overs, shorts, damage, etc.)
  • Partner with the DC leadership teams to resolve complications involving the transportation of POs
  • Additional department projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong team player and willing to be flexible to support the team
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
  • BA, BS preferred


The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $29.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
