Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Representative - Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Representative who will work remotely from Greece. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients. Your ability to communicate effectively in Dutch will be key in delivering solutions and ensuring a satisfactory resolution to customer inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues regarding software, accounts, and services.
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to clients to help them navigate through problems.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of support requests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to escalate issues that require advanced technical expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction in interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product updates and new technologies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is an asset.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot common software and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and remote desktop tools.
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively manage time.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate clients from different time zones.
