You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all communication is conducted in German.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues related to software, hardware, and systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their requests and ensure prompt follow-up.
- Advise clients on best practices and preventive measures to optimize their use of technology.
- Continuously update your knowledge of new technologies and company products to improve support services.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Experience in a technical support or service desk role is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
