Spanish Speaking Call Center Agent

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team! Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer calls in Spanish, providing assistance and information about our products and services.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
• Document customer interactions and ensure proper record-keeping for future reference.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve departmental goals.
• Stay updated on company products and policies to provide the most accurate and comprehensive information.
• Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve your skills and service standards.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
