Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Logistics & Shipping Department for one of our clients! In this vital entry level role, you will be responsible for assisting our Czech-speaking clients with their inquiries and concerns regarding logistics and shipping services. Your linguistic skills will enable smooth communication and help us provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others. You will work closely with clients to address their questions, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless shipping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Czech through phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with information related to shipping services, tracking, and logistics
