Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Real Estate Management Department for one of our clients! In this Entry Level role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance with their real estate inquiries and needs. Your ability to communicate fluently in German will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries in German via telephone, email, and chat
