You will be responsible for with strategic talent sourcing on niche roles, identifying opportunities to attract talent, and working with our global team to support project-based recruitment. Your role plays a crucial part in providing additional support to the global Talent Acquisition teams and improving the overall hiring experience by increasing speed, reducing cost, and providing quality candidates. In this position, you will report to Nora Ragab, Talent Acquisition Manager in North and Central America.This position is mainly located in York, PA, offering a hybrid working model.Team you belong toYou will join a team of recruiters dedicated to increasing talent attraction, talent engagement, and overall efficiencies.We work closely with internal stakeholders, to provide exceptional service to our internal customers.
