Our Senior Account Directors lead the account teams, are a pivotal part of the business and the future of the agency. They help devise strategies to help solve our clients’ challenges and are responsible for leading the teams and implanting the plans agreed. They are client-focussed and performance-driven; always thinking about ways to amplify and improve the work delivered, and ways to increase profitability and growth through new business and upsells. As leaders, they are striving to maintain an engaged and motivated team, who deliver great work whilst developing their experience and skills at the agency.
