Counsel - Remote

Mint Mobile is seeking a talented Counsel to join the Business & Legal Affairs. The Counsel will work on transactional work, compliance, and manage vendor and client contracts.

Skills

Law qualification
Experience in transactional work
Knowledge of telecommunications law
Strong negotiation skills
Regulatory compliance expertise

Responsibilities

Review and ensure company policies comply with laws
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
Manage compliance with regulatory requirements
Communicate legal risks to the company
Prepare training materials on contract principles

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensure to practice law in California or New York preferred
