As one of our first operators, you’ll have a large stake in building a strong customer base. We’re looking for someone who brings ideas on how we can optimize and grow our business beyond what it is today. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Head of Growth.
Dive into data: Analyze existing funnels and identify areas of optimization. Look at our customer data and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Talk to customers: learning from the experiences of current customers and extrapolating to the needs of prospective customers is key to expanding our market share.
Guiding prospects through the sales cycle. You’ll be working through converting leads from SMBs to F500 enterprises, interfacing with companies from a wide range of industries.
Create internal tooling, helping ensure our team has the tools we need to properly onboard and support the customers we work with.
Grow our marketing: The developer community is an amazing crowd-sourced and well-connected space. We can leverage content marketing, online groups, etc to improve Mintlify’s product and brand recognition.

Previous roles or internships in consulting, startups, or investment banking are a strong plus.
You’ll learn about operations at a quickly-growing startup and build processes from 0 to 1.
You’ll gain technical knowledge (familiarity with Git, MDX)
You learn faster in ambiguity - tackling difficult problems collaboratively and breaking them down iteratively will be second nature
You’ll be able to quickly synthesize different sources of information and research to understand the best step moving forward.
