Intern (Financial Planning and Analysis)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of finance and accounting, working closely with colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly closing processes and reporting;
• Help prepare and distribute various financial reports to internal stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly financial summaries;
• Assist with the development and maintenance of annual budgets;
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems;
• Participate in projects aimed at improving financial processes, systems, and reporting;
• Support the finance team with various ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed;
• Communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, demonstrating curiosity and engagement with the business to understand key drivers and priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and charts for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of Power Query or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with the 1C system is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Availability to work part-time (with the possibility of full-time employment in the future) and effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in finance or accounting is a plus, but not required.
