Branch Director, Home Health at Mission Healthcare


This is a full-time, exempt position located in St. George, UT.


Compensation band: $90-100k annual salary


The Branch Director effectively manages the Agency’s clinical operations, services, personnel performance, and office management on an ongoing basis.

Branch Director Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily office and clinical operations.

- Generate monthly on-call schedules.

- Review on-call logs and follow up on complaints and QI reports.

- Supervise RN and PT Case Managers onsite.


Position Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 

- A minimum of 3+ years of home health care experience preferred.  

-  A minimum of 5+ years of nursing experience within the last 36 months.

-  A minimum of 5+ years of successful employee management. 

- A minimum of 5+ years of successful operation management experience.   

- Current licensure in State & hands on BLS CPR certified.

- Must have a good understanding of the Federal, State and local laws/regulatory guidelines governing the operation of home heath branch and its employees.

- Have valid driver’s license with no restrictions and auto insurance meeting state’s insurance coverage minimums.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Medicare home health experience preferred.


$90,000 - $100,000 a year
