About Casa

Our mission at Casa is to make homeownership a joy by offloading the burdens of managing a home. We’re building a next-generation personal property manager for every single-family home.

Casa was founded by some of the earliest employees of Uber, CloudKitchens, and Levels. We’re backed by an incredible set of leading VC firms and angels, and live with an early version of our product.

We’re looking for a General Manager to:

  • Take full ownership of the SF market and build on our early start by combining strategic vision & experience with on-the-ground operational excellence & execution.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and bring a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to scale the business and tackle complex operational challenges.

  • Have a customer-obsessed mindset, ensuring every decision we make delivers value and increases trust with our members without having to second-guess it.

  • Build towards the future by designing scalable systems to create a robust ops foundation that will allow us to launch and manage future markets confidently and efficiently.

Some of the responsibilities you’ll have

  • Market building, management, and optimization. Balance supply and demand by strategically managing homeowner needs and vendor availability, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

  • Vendor procurement and relationship management. Build and maintain a trusted network of service providers by building strong partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendors meet our quality and value standards.

  • Drive growth through go-to-market execution. Develop and execute a growth strategy to build our presence, acquire & onboard new homes, expand our partnerships, and identify opportunities to increase member value.

  • Operational excellence and performance. Identify & monitor key metrics, optimize workflows, and improve processes that will enable us to deliver exceptional homeowner experiences, maintain high operational efficiency, and create a blueprint for future markets.

About you

We're looking for a leader with at least 8-10+ years of experience managing a complex on-the-ground business operation. You should have a strong product instinct, love to keep things moving, and be equally comfortable solving an acute challenge of the day as you are thinking and contributing to long-term company strategy and direction.
