Market building, management, and optimization. Balance supply and demand by strategically managing homeowner needs and vendor availability, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Vendor procurement and relationship management. Build and maintain a trusted network of service providers by building strong partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring vendors meet our quality and value standards.
Drive growth through go-to-market execution. Develop and execute a growth strategy to build our presence, acquire & onboard new homes, expand our partnerships, and identify opportunities to increase member value.
Operational excellence and performance. Identify & monitor key metrics, optimize workflows, and improve processes that will enable us to deliver exceptional homeowner experiences, maintain high operational efficiency, and create a blueprint for future markets.
We're looking for a leader with at least 8-10+ years of experience managing a complex on-the-ground business operation. You should have a strong product instinct, love to keep things moving, and be equally comfortable solving an acute challenge of the day as you are thinking and contributing to long-term company strategy and direction.
