Requirements:


Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.

Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon.

1+ year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.

CPR Certified.

Valid driver’s license and access to an insured, working vehicle.
