As part of the Business Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping venue operations and ticketing strategies, supporting data-driven decision-making for operational excellence and fan engagement.
This role will collaborate with our business teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency, improve resource utilization, and optimize revenue strategies. You will leverage your analytical expertise and business acumen to work on initiatives including labour and resource planning, demand forecasting and revenue optimization, and measurement and reporting of sales. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Digital Labs, Marketing, Venue Operations, and Ticketing, to deliver impactful insights that drive business success.
