We’re Now Seeking a Marketing Manager to support our Head of Marketing and help drive transformative growth. This strategic, results-driven role involves overseeing end-to-end marketing execution, scaling content production, optimizing ad campaigns, and ensuring data-driven results.

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns, testing creative elements and formats to maximize reach and impact.
  • Analyze KPIs—such as revenue, ROAS, and cost per booked call—to inform data-driven recommendations and ensure adherence to the marketing budget.

Content Production & Management:

  • Support the production and management of content across YouTube, social media, and email marketing platforms.
  • Assist with ideation, scriptwriting, and content creation by working alongside creators, video editors, and designers.
  • Continuously optimize content and advertising strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.

Team Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Partner with media buyers, content creators, and other team members to ensure effective cross-functional communication and a culture of innovation.
  • Help scale content marketing systems for increased efficiency and better results.
  • Ensure all advertising content meets platform compliance standards.

Tools & Technologies:

  • Utilize tools such as Hyros, Notion, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Excel to extract insights and optimize marketing performance.

Content Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date on content trends and industry shifts to keep marketing approaches fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to strengthen market positioning.
  • 3+ years as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content production, and advertising management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Hyros, Google Analytics, Notion, and ClickUp.
  • Excellent project coordination abilities for effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Creative thinker with a structured, strategic approach to marketing and content creation.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of achieving impactful results.
