The incumbent supports the team by providing useable data that leads to faster, more effective, proactive decision-making. They are responsible for evaluating and calibrating the effectiveness of ongoing marketing campaigns, analyzing channel performance, and continuously monitoring advertising across various platforms.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.• Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.• Channel Performance: Analyze performance across different marketing channels (e.g., PPC, email, paid social) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.• Insight: Develop and maintain regular performance reports, presenting findings to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations. Give key insights into marketing efforts, helping to optimize advertising campaigns and evaluate paid channels• Collaboration: Work closely with the revenue management, sales, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.• Competitive and Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.• Other duties as assignedQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.• Proven experience in performance marketing within in a Business-To-Consumer (B2C) environment.• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
