Sales Operations Data Analyst

We are partnering with an East Bay client that is looking to bring on a Sales Operations Analyst or Reports Manager on a consulting engagement. This position will most likely go for 2-4 months with possible extension or conversion. Here are some brief overviews of must haves: Strong Excel Skills Model Building in particular (forecasting etc. ). Experience connecting Excel to databases other external data sources. Experience with using Macros VBA Scripting skills a plus Strong SQL Skills PostgreSQL in particular a plus, but MySQL and other flavors of SQL work Familiarity with Data Warehouse environment a plus (distinguishing between raw data sources and transformed data sources) Prior experience with Periscope a plus) Strong Tableau Skills (Client and Server) Creating Reports and Dashboard Creating and Managing Local/Server side data sources Experience with other data reporting packages could substitute for less experience with Experience and familiarity with CRM (salesforce) Report... Building Understanding of Workflow Automation Someone who understands databases generically will likely have a manageable learning curve understanding CRM FWIW More advanced nice to haves: Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab a plus (DEI can potentially help with getting someone up to speed on this like they did me). Experience with programming languages a plus (javascript/python/Excel VBA). Helpful to have experience here to deal with the logical problem solving combining SQL+Excel+Tableau+DWH environments.
