Business Intelligence Analyst
Master-Works is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using BI tools.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to prepare data for analysis.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of BI tools and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst role or similar position.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
