Virtual Assistant 20 Hours per Week (IC-CS)

Key Responsibilities
- Set calendar using calendly to take phone calls
- Take phone calls and explain how the platform works to physicians (will be trained on the platform)
- Reach out to physicians who show interest and schedule them using calendly
- Assist with various other projects / tasks
- Experience as an Account Manager / interacting with physicians (a plus)
- Experience credentialing or pathology lab experience (is preferred)
- Excellent communicator
- Detail oriented
- Intuitively organized
- Self-starter
- 20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
- Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
- Availability to set calendar for 10am - 6pm or 12:00pm - 7:00pm CST for calls with physicians
