Virtual Assistant 20 Hours per Week (IC-CS)

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Set calendar using calendly to take phone calls
  • Take phone calls and explain how the platform works to physicians (will be trained on the platform)
  • Reach out to physicians who show interest and schedule them using calendly 
  • Assist with various other projects / tasks 
  • Experience as an Account Manager / interacting with physicians  (a plus)
  • Experience credentialing or pathology lab experience (is preferred)
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Detail oriented
  • Intuitively organized
  • Self-starter 
  • 20 hours per week (availability to grow as role grows)
  • Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
  • Availability to set calendar for 10am - 6pm or 12:00pm - 7:00pm  CST for calls with physicians
