Your responsibilities will also include managing the daily operations of our wellness facilities, overseeing a dedicated team, and ensuring the smooth execution of health screenings and wellness challenges. An analytical mindset will come in handy as you track program data and prepare insightful reports on participation and outcomes. Additionally, you’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends, develop marketing materials, and provide personalized coaching to support employees in their wellness journeys. To excel in this role, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years of experience in wellness management are essential, along with a Certified Wellness Practitioner certification and strong organizational skills.
