FT Wellness Nurse (LPN) Evening

To be a Wellness Nurse (LPN) at Monarch Communities, you need to have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current LPN license. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in long-term care settings is preferred, along with familiarity working with residents with Alzheimer’s or related dementias.
