The role will report to the Director, Global Demand Generation. The ideal candidate is adept at thinking both strategically and tactically to get things done by collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of integrated campaign planning, development, and alignment cross-functionally. Knowledge of program/project management methodology is required to drive early-stage planning to cross-functional execution, as are strong communication and facilitation skills.This role can be based out of our MongoDB office or remotely in the United States.What you’ll do:• Define and launch integrated marketing plans and campaigns for key target audiences by keeping project timelines updated and clear across all stakeholders• Work collaboratively with our product marketing team to align messaging and understand relevant product launches and moments to roll into each campaign• Partner with our regional marketing colleagues in North America, EMEA and APAC and our cross-functional partners across Revenue Marketing, Growth Marketing, Developer Relations, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications and Marketing Operations to build the strategy, gather requirements, and ensure we deliver a consistent, unified global message to the market• Work with our design team to support the development of new creative and iterate on it as we test and learn• Join all relevant meetings and represent integrated campaign strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams• The role of integrated marketing is one of team collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills with a varied background of marketing roles.
