     • Outbound Calls: Engage with guests to help them plan and finalize vacation reservations.

     • Collect Payments: Confidently guide guests through the payment process as part of securing their booking. 💳

     • Follow a Proven Process: Adhere to structured scripts and guidelines to engage guests and achieve goals.
