Business Service clients range from robust corporations looking for consistency and brand control, to creative resellers who partner with MOO to bring their designs to life and delight their clients.To continue the success that MOO Business Services is today, we are looking for an exemplary B2B Account Executive in our East Providence location who will onboard and inspire new business clients, further helping us grow our business services base in North America.Your sales team of between 6-7 sales reps will be made up of Account Executives, Account Managers, and a Sales Manager. Together you are responsible for onboarding and growing... existing business services accounts at MOO, and working collaboratively to ensure that each client has a seamless experience working with us.MOO is seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Executive that can adapt well to change and work in a fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive at MOO, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective new business clients looking to MOO's Business Services team for support and guidance with starting or scaling their branded print and custom merchandise needs.This is an exciting opportunity in our East Providence office for a salesperson that can build rapport quickly, perform in-depth discovery, and make recommendations to MOO’s prospective business clients on how they can best use our products and services.The successful candidate will report to one of our US-based Sales Managers and work closely with the Design Services and Customer Success teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience.Responsibilities:Serve as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design, and product offeringsLeverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value-driven proposalsLeverage moderate to advanced qualifying skills to access the level of an opportunity and make strong recommendations and accurate forecasting assumptionsOnboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or Customer Success teamProvide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product product samples, and educate on our product and service offeringsMaintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their businessWork with MOO team of internal designers to ensure client designs will shine on paper and branded merchandise productsKeep clear records of work in Sales Department CRM system so that the department can work as a team to ensure the best client experienceManage a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channelsLeverage moderate closing skills to achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targetsMeet and exceed daily outbound activity requirementsAccurately forecast anticipated monthly achievement upward to sales manager and at times other leaders in the businessEngage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with sales managerBe an active member of assigned sales team and wider department by being an engaged participant in team meetings and strategy sessionsAbout You:You are not afraid of picking up the phone and making 35+ calls a day, or digging deeper in your funnel to make creative salesYou have experience leveraging sales skills and moderate to advanced level business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative salesYou have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in salesYou are goal-oriented and like to chase an ambitious targetYou learn new tech platforms quickly and thrive in a hybrid work environmentYou prefer busy days with lots of action and will actively seek and prospect opportunitiesYou are coachable and enjoy learning new skills and strategiesYou are professional, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in writingYou enjoy being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutionsYou are organized and disciplined in day-to-day processesYou can operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguityYou have a growth mindsetYou have an interest or background in design and printYou enjoy a challenge and aren't afraid to try something newYou thrive in a team setting and working closely with peers towards personal and professional growthNice to Haves:Previous phone or in-person sales experience, specifically in prospecting and/or onboarding new businessBasic knowledge of design/printExperience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Adobe Workfront or other ticketing systemsBi-lingual capabilitiesBachelor’s degree or significant work experience in sales field preferred#J-18808-LjbffrShow full descriptionCollapse
