In this position, you'll handle personal injury liability cases involving trucks, draft essential litigation documents, guide clients through the legal process, and work with expert witnesses. You’ll also be responsible for attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and other court appearances, ensuring your clients receive comprehensive representation every step of the way. To thrive in this role, you should possess a law degree from an accredited institution, be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar, and have at least three years of personal injury litigation experience.
