Morgan Stanley is seeking an ER Coordinator to join the Alpharetta team. This person will be responsible for assisting ER Specialists with complex ER issues and investigations, EEO complaints and other work-related issues. Read on.What you’ll do in the role:- Assist ER Specialists with the investigation of complex employee relations concerns (e.g., complaints of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other work-related issues), including reviewing relevant information/documentation to prepare the ER Specialist to conduct interviews, drafting talking points to close out investigations and drafting disciplinary documentation.- Manage creation of a case in HRCM for each investigation and managing input of investigation materials in each case, including appropriate documentation of interviews and drafting summaries of findings/resolutions- Utilize HRCM to manage cases from intake to resolution- Provide administrative, data management, and reporting support to ER Specialists on various ER Projects- Manage reports from HRCM and other HR systems (requires strong excel skills)- Assist ER Specialists with escalation of concerns from candidate background checks- Assist ER Specialists with escalation of concerns from exit surveys/exit interviews- Assist ER Specialists on other ER projects as required, including streamlining HR processes, developing guidance materials and developing/delivering training regarding HR policy and processesWhat you'll bring to the role:- Bachelor's degree- Some HR/ER background experience preferred- Experience working in a large, complex organization is preferredWhat you can expect from Morgan Stanley:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 85 years.
