Health & Wellness Coordinator

Essential Functions:

  • Creates and maintains membership files, databases, records, and other documents.
  • Plans, schedules, executes, and evaluates wellness programs to ensure continuous year-round opportunities for employees to become educated and participate in programs related to physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Maintains the online presence of the health and wellness team on various platforms.
  • Develops health and wellness communication materials.
  • Maintains attendance logs and financial data to compile a monthly report.  
  • Maintains files related to health and wellness.
  • Researches and resolves employee wellness complaints or concerns in a timely manner; seeks guidance from manager as necessary.
  • Develops and implements wellness incentive programs with onsite medical vendor.
  • Coordinates onsite services for employees such as annual flu vaccines and mammogram screenings.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, Health Science, Kinesiology, Human Factors, or a related field.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in Health and Wellness or related experience.

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00/hr
