Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Associate Move Project Manager (Logistics and Inventory) to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will assist in coordinating office moves and relocations by working closely with internal teams and movers. You will not be on-site for the physical moves but will be instrumental in planning and ensuring that everything runs smoothly before the move occurs.Key Responsibilities:• Participate in extensive training to become familiar with the project process.• Assist in planning and coordinating office moves, ensuring everything is ready before the move date.• Keep all data up to date, including tracking inventory and seating locations.• Confirm that new office locations are ready and available.• Collaborate with movers and other team members to schedule and plan move-related activities.• Inventory and track existing workstations and seating assignments.• Provide additional support for the company’s Return to Office efforts as needed.• Utilize Excel for tracking, scheduling, and inventory purposes.• Interact professionally with employees and customers during the coordination process.Required Qualifications:• 1+ years of general administrative professional experience.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., move coordination, office relocation).Key Skills:• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent organizational abilities.• Professional communication skills.• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
