I’m working with a Consumer SaaS startup that is looking to add an Engineering Manager to help run their teams. They are looking for someone who is interested in mapping out the strategy of the organization and software teams. They have a variety of applications that are custom developed in-house, and others integrate with SaaS products of their clients. They have a hybrid model for their office in Northern Suburbs.If you are interested in working in a small start-up and comfortable wearing multiple hats this the role for you! You will managing an inhouse and offshore team of .Net Developers as well as helping with the architecture of the platforms.Required Skills & Experience• Advance skill with hands on coding in .Net and C# programming• Experience contributing to Architecture and design of new and existing software• Experience or Familiarity in Angular, Typescript, Azure and MS SQL• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skillsDesired Skills & Experience• Experience managing a team of up to 8 software developers• Familiarity with writing databases and handling concurrency or scaling issues• Experience hiring software developersWhat You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown• 50% Back End• 50% Front EndDaily Responsibilities• 50% Hands On• 50% Management DutiesThe Offer• Up to 180K Base salary depending on experienceYou will receive the following benefits:• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• Vacation Time• Stock OptionsApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
