Title: UI/UX Designer 2Locations: Westminster, CO/ This role is a hybrid, requiring 2-3 days of in-office work.Estimated Duration: 12 months; possibility to be extendedNote: This role is open to W2 candidates only and requires local candidates based in the Westminster, CO area.About the Client:Join a global leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. Our direct business partner offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and growth.Education & Experience Required:Degree or equivalent (3+ years' experience in User experience) or Equivalent, they would need to have obtained a UX program-specific certification.Master's degree with 3+ years' experience.Technical Skills(Required)Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills, etc.) and tools, along with design communication skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)FIGMA (Design tool)Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high-quality design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)(Desired)Experience in working with multiple data streamsKnowledge of component mgmt. and condition monitoring.Enterprise-related and not e-commerce experience.Experience with enterprise B2B experience and not a customer-facing tool.Soft Skills(Required)Heavy attention to detailExcellent communication skillsProduction-ready designs exp, doing both conceptual and production-ready designs.Ability to support the research team
