The role

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will be at the forefront of our HR initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams and advising leadership on key people strategies. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, fostering a culture of engagement, and driving performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to management, providing expert HR guidance and support on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Develop HR initiatives that support organizational goals and enhance employee retention and engagement.
  • Guide talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent in line with business needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Support managers in performance management and employee development.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to align skills and capabilities with business priorities.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects to support continuous improvement across the HR function.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues and delivering effective solutions.
  • High degree of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week, permanent contract 
  • Hybrid role from our Milan office
