Primary Responsibilities Include:

Understand and remain up to date with Property & Casualty Insurance laws and guidelines in order to help clients obtain the appropriate coverages
Expand relationships with existing customers to cross sell other lines of business
Uncover customer risk exposure in order to offer the appropriate coverage products to properly insure the customer
Manage provided leads within a defined territory by tracking, following up on and closing sales through text, phone and/or email to achieve production objectives
Follow and stay up to date with agency established sales process

Skills Preferred:

Enthusiasm around the role insurance plays in helping people manage everyday risks
Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
High level of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
Comfortable managing dynamic relationships and various scenarios with a high level of professionalism and integrity
Eager to continuously learn and grow with the organization
Servant Leaders committed to serving others

Role Requirements:

Property and Casualty license in good standing
Sales experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
2+ years of experience in a sales or similar role
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Valid US driver's license with the ability to travel by car
