We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to own and optimize all of our texting communications with clients and prospects. From appointment reminders and event invites to lead follow-up and value-driven updates, this person will be the voice behind our SMS channel—helping us stay connected, responsive, and relevant.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily texting outreach to clients and prospects using our SMS platforms (e.g., HighLevel, Twilio, etc.)
- Craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for various stages of the client journey
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and service teams to align messaging with campaigns and client needs
- Monitor responses, reply in real-time or escalate when necessary
- Track metrics (response rates, conversions, engagement) and continuously improve messaging
- Maintain compliance with all relevant texting and communication regulations
- Segment audiences for more personalized and timely messages

- Have experience managing SMS/texting platforms (especially in a sales or client-service environment)
- Understand tone, timing, and personalization in communication
- Are tech-savvy and detail-oriented with excellent writing skills
