Our summer internship program begins in June 2025 and ends in August 2025.The Product Management intern will have the opportunity to participate in design thinking, learn product management principles, be a part of the roadmap and vision creation, and learn about contact center technology.Roles and Responsibilities:  · Assist with roadmap and vision creation· Creating User Stories· Participating in design sessions· Actively engaged in products dealing with stakeholder management, backlog management, and product strategy· Other duties as assigned  Basic Qualifications:  · Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start (June 2025)· Good understanding of product management and design principles· Prior experience working with a team· Familiarity with Lucid Charts, Azure DevOps, MS Suite, SQL· Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)· Must be able to commute to our Cypress Waters location in Coppell, TexasPreferred Qualifications: · Previous experience in call center technology· Strong communication skillsMr. Cooper Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
