Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for service clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Greet clients warmly and assist with their service inquiries.

Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off appointments.

Maintain comprehensive records of service requests and follow-ups.

Collaborate with service technicians to provide accurate and timely updates to clients.

Manage client feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.

Promote additional services and maintenance plans to enhance the client’s ownership experience.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
