Collaborate with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing methods, identify top candidates, and build a vibrant talent network• Spotlight Talent: Use your keen eye to recognize high-caliber individuals by understanding their goals, motivations, and how they align with our culture, ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidate and our team• Be Our Brand Ambassador: Represent myPlace Health with enthusiasm and positivity, showcasing our unique culture to candidates and inviting them to join us in our mission while ensuring they resonate with our values• Craft Compelling Job Descriptions: Assist team members in writing engaging and attractive job descriptions that draw in exceptional performers for new roles• Develop Interview Kits: Help create comprehensive interview kits that guide our candidate screening process, making it smooth and consistent for everyone involved• Streamline Talent Acquisition: Manage our talent acquisition processes, including tracking systems and ATS, to build an efficient and scalable system that welcomes new team members seamlessly• Deliver a "White Glove" Experience: Provide a warm and personalized experience for all candidates, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us• Coordinate Interviews and Events: Lead the scheduling of phone, video, and onsite interviews, and organize hiring events that connect us with potential new team members• Maintain Data Excellence: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness throughout the hiring process by paying close attention to detail within our platforms• Engage in Recruiting Events: Take the lead and actively participate in recruiting events, fostering connections and showcasing our dynamic community• Confidentiality and Trust: Maintain a trusted environment by handling all sensitive information with the utmost care, ensuring confidentiality and respect for everyone's privacy.• Support Our Growth: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help our organization grow and succeed, contributing positively to our team’s successWhat are we looking for in our next team member?• Passion for attracting team members that will lead our organization to provide excellent care to aging and high-risk seniors.• A minimum of 4 years in direct Healthcare experience, which includes hiring for MD's, RN's, PT's, OT's, LVN's, as well as corporate level positions.• A high standard of interviewing skills; excellent judgment and decision making• A high degree of organizational skills to support current and future market openings.• Ability to communicate clearly across mediums (phone, email, text, video)• Bring highly organized thinking to continually provide structure to a high growth environment• Derive excitement from attracting mission-driven, high-performing, and diverse teams• Thrives in a high growth environmentLocation• Hybrid role - this position will support both our operating Greater LA Market, and support our new South LA Market opening July 2025. This position will be required to go in office at minimum of three times a week. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments, while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data.
