Senior Staff Engineer, Copado DevOps

That's where you come in.Job DescriptionREQUIREMENTS:• Experience 8+ years• Strong working experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on Copado and salesforce.• Expertise in Copado DevOps, Git repositories and Salesforce working knowledge.• Good understanding of designing and Implementing CI/CD Pipelines.• Knowledge of SaaS environments and integrated technologies• Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, etc.)• Strong experience and understanding of branching strategy and hosted version control vendors• Expertise in demonstrated analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting.• Detailed, organized, and results-oriented• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs• Passionate about building great solutions• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents and design.• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues• Following all defined software configuration management best practices• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
