Developer Productivity Engineer (North America)

Developer Productivity Engineers (DPE) at Nx help engineering teams deliver faster by guiding them through Nx adoption, setting up Nx Cloud, establishing best practices, and optimizing their CI/CD. Simply put, DPEs are responsible for our customers' success.



What you’ll do


Sales Support

Support the sales cycle including participating in introductory calls with prospective customers. You’ll lead trials of Nx Cloud improving customers CI times while helping our sales team build a business case.


• Attend introductory sales calls and answer technical questions

• Give product demos/workshops

• Lead trials of Nx Cloud

• Identify customer goals and success metrics

• Capture before and after metrics

• Communicate with engineers and senior management

• Support during the procurement process



Customer Success

Build strong relationships with customers while helping them take full advantage of Nx and Nx Cloud, ultimately improving their DX and CI times.


Lead the product onboarding phase, setting up Nx Cloud and completing workspace and CI/CD reviews. You’ll create annual plans for customers and check-in with them monthly helping them make progress and remove obstacles.


• Lead new customer onboarding efforts

• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders

• Provide training as needed

• Create annual plans with and for our customers

• Lead customer check-ins

• Lead annual reviews

• Identify opportunities for account expansion

• Work closely with Nx account managers on renewal and expansion efforts

• Lead demos/workshops with new teams


*Occasional travel to visit customers and to attend industry events.
