Member Value Consultant - Service
NISC is seeking a Member Value Consultant to provide virtual and onsite Business Process Consultation services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience and a focus on enhancing member success through expertise and guidance.

Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite consulting and implementation services
- Analyze internal data to prioritize opportunities
- Perform research and data analysis on member’s product use

- Build tools to assess membership needs
- Influence member interest in product functionality
- Participate in advisory meetings and related events
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
